The self check-in with access codes worked smoothly, which saved time upon arrival. the cleanliness left something to be desired. the shower grout had dark spots, indicating mold, and the sink drained slowly, which was annoying. I also experienced some sluggish responses from the staff via the app, had to call them for help about registration, which took longer than expected. Still, overall, the comforts of the spacious kitchen and the charming terrace made the stay enjoyable despite a few hiccups.

Security was a serious issue—someone used our access code and walked right in on us during our first day. Finding the hotel was a hassle. it took us three hours and we had to pay extra for luggage storage, which just added to the annoyance of our arrival. The safe in the room malfunctioned after a few hours of use, forcing us to stop using it altogether for peace of mind.
